Morning Meditation with God
Each morning at the Summit, we began our day with a peaceful time of yoga led by Hannah—an intentional space to move our bodies, breathe deeply, and connect with Christ. Set against the backdrop of Idaho’s rugged beauty, these sessions were more than physical practice; they became sacred rhythms of stillness and surrender. As the sun rose over the mountains, we grounded ourselves in Scripture, worship, and gentle movement, allowing nature to speak and God’s presence to settle our hearts. It was a powerful way to start each day...rooted in truth, surrounded by creation, and connected as a community.
Transformation
Each day at the Summit began with a grounding devotional led by Anne-Christian, anchoring our hearts in truth and setting a sacred tone for all that followed. Her gentle yet powerful words invited us to slow down, lean into God’s presence, and open our hearts for transformation. These mornings created a spiritual foundation that prepared us for the deeper soul work in the sessions led by Nicole and Heidi which was where healing, revelation, and breakthrough began to unfold. It was in this rhythm...starting with God’s Word and moving into intentional inner work that true transformation was able to take root.
Empowerment
Empowerment came alive through every outdoor experience at the Summit where pushing past fear, trying new things, and connecting with creation became the heartbeat of our journey. From the rush of white water rafting to the quiet focus of learning to fly fish with the incredible guide at TRR Outfitters, each moment reminded us of our strength and resilience. Whether it was hitting a target during archery or simply showing up to try something new, these activities became more than recreation...they became revelations. In the wild, we discovered we were capable of hard things, and that strength often rises when we’re willing to step into the unknown.
Community
One of the most powerful parts of the Summit was the community that formed. We came as strangers...each carrying our own stories, wounds, and hopes but we left as sisters. Around the fire, on the river, during meals and quiet moments, bonds were built that could only have been orchestrated by God. Through shared experiences, laughter, tears, and prayer, we were reminded that we were never meant to do life alone. Community wasn’t just an added bonus; it was the heartbeat of the Summit. In every conversation and connection, God wove together something beautiful proving that healing happens best when we walk together.

United in purpose and grounded in God’s truth, this team stewarded every moment with intention, helping hearts heal, souls awaken, and courage rise.
